Instructions

  1. 1Combine oats, maple syrup, 1 tbsp coconut oil, protein powder, and peanut butter
  2. 2Coat muffin tin with coconut oil
  3. 3Press 1 tbsp mixture into each cup
  4. 4Melt chocolate chips with 2 tbsp coconut oil
  5. 5Pour chocolate over oat cups
  6. 6Freeze for at least 2 hours until set
  7. 7Store in freezer
